We thought our other cleaners did a good job but after seeing your advertisement and competitive pricing we felt that we should give it a try. It was really great to see our house sparkling after your team left. What I liked were the following: - The Kitchen was spotless and the dishes were cleaned ( My Partner knew I didn't clean the dishes because of this) - Toilet and bathroom was spotless. - Floor was vacuumed and cleaned -Benchtops were wiped thoroughly with a great attention to detail -my rubbish was taken out - Very polite and kind staff, you are very hard working and efficient with time. As I have said before, I have used other cleaners who did not put the effort in and were very unmotivated. It seems like you guys have a great team work environment and I feel very safe and happy to have you cleaning my house. They were also great to talk to and were very considerate and time efficient. The customer service is not great. My house was meant to be cleaned on Friday no one arrived. I called the 1300# on Friday and Saturday and no one called me back. I have been a regular client for a while now but I will be considering using another service as I don't feel they really want my business. I'm really disappointed in the treatment.
